  • Security Software Support will be provided 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
  • Security Systems Hardware Support will provide repair or replacement of all security system components not including labor.
  • Security Service Support will provide all service support required by your facility during normal working hours. It includes phone tech support and guarantees a priority response to all service calls placed, with a maximum 4-hour response time.
  • All after hour calls would be on a Time & Material basis.
