The shredding company will provide the services for the secure on-site destruction of records and will furnish a Certificate of Destruction to customer. The services may be performed as part of a regular schedule or pursuant to specific directions which customer shall specify from time to time. Customer may also request custom services in which case they will consult with customer as to the terms and conditions of the services requested.
