Relative to Trust Management Services, Zampell also provides Vacant Property Services, whether part of a trust or an estate, or a stand-alone site.  We will perform snowplowing services for general and emergency access, inspection services to verify the building is secure and maintained at appropriate temperature levels to prevent frozen pipes, and security services to identify and repair acts of vandalism. We customize the services to your specific needs and use tablet technology that enables us to document inspections with a customized report that includes photographs and checklists to ensure nothing is overlooked. This report is emailed along with recommendations to rectify any issues we identify.
